Isothane

Isothane is an environmentally friendly thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) suitable for products requiring good wear resistance due to its high abrasion resistance. The material is characterized by high mechanical strength, hydrolysis resistance and flexibility even at low temperatures.

Isothane TPU also offers excellent resistance to oils, solvents and chemicals.

The material is commonly used in automotive, medical, sports and leisure applications. Typical applications include straps, drive belts and shoe soles.

The material is suitable for common processing methods such as injection molding and extrusion.
