We are excited to introduce Fabiola Wikslund, who joined Erteco on January 8th as our new purchaser. With more then 10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, Fabiola brings valuable knowledge and expertise to our team. She previously worked at Boule Medical AB and Qleanair Scandinavia AB, where she managed logistics and supply chain operations.
To get to know her better, we asked Fabiola a few questions about her role and first impressions of Erteco.
- What are you looking forward to working with at Erteco?
I’m excited to learn more about plastic and rubber materials and how our suppliers can help us distribute them in a more sustainable way. Erteco is one of the leading plastic distributors, with a strong market position and a highly knowledgeable team. I’m happy to be part of the company!
- What will your main duties be at Erteco?
I will be working in the purchasing department, managing relationships with our suppliers, primarily in Asia and some in Europe. I will also collaborate closely with our customer support and sales team.
- You have previous experience working as a purchaser. How do you think this experience could benefit Erteco?
My passion for supply chain management and structure allows me to bring new knowledge, ideas, and experience to further strengthen Erteco’s already well-established way of working.
- You have worked at Erteco since January 2025, what is your first impression of the workplace and your colleagues?
My first impression was that both the team and the company are very welcoming. There’s a strong family-like atmosphere, and I immediately felt appreciated and valued. My colleagues have been fantastic, and I’m looking forward to getting to know them even better.
- When you´re not working, what do you like to do in your spare time?
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family (three kids) and my friends. I also enjoy playing tennis, traveling to visit my relatives in the USA and Mexico, and, of course, shopping 🙂
