Synthos was the first European manufacturer of emulsion rubber, and has been in the business for over 70 years. They also manufacture different types of polystyrene.

The company is one of the largest manufacturers of expanded polystyrene (EPS), and their range also includes polystyrene (PS) and high-impact polystyrene (HIPS). Synthos offers innovative solutions and advanced technical products to clients all over the world.

Synthos runs a quality-management system that fulfills the requirements of EN ISO 9001 and also has an environment-management system that fulfills EN ISO 14001.
