With nearly 30 years of experience in the Polish plastics industry, Grażyna brings valuable market knowledge, technical expertise and long-standing customer relationships to Erteco. Now, as Erteco expands its partnership with EMS-GRIVORY into Poland, she looks forward to new opportunities to help local manufacturers find the right materials and solutions.
Grażyna has been part of Erteco for seven years. Her career in the plastics industry began in the late 1990s, when a small family-owned company started distributing EMS materials in Poland. Since then, she has witnessed the industry’s transformation from a market dominated by smaller manufacturers into a modern, competitive and increasingly export-oriented sector.
Today, Poland is the EU’s fifth-largest plastics processor, with annual processing volumes of approximately four million metric tons. Packaging accounts for nearly 40% of demand, followed by construction at around 20%. The automotive industry and the electrical and electronics (E&E) sector are also important markets.
Strong relationships and technical support
Throughout her career, Grażyna has focused on understanding customers’ needs and developing solutions together with them. She believes that reliable deliveries, technical knowledge and personal relationships are key reasons why Polish customers value working with Erteco.
This approach is supported by Erteco’s technical specialists and Tech Center, which provide guidance on material selection, application development and production challenges.
New opportunities with EMS-GRIVORY
Erteco’s expanded partnership with EMS-GRIVORY builds on an established collaboration across the Nordic and Baltic countries. It strengthens Erteco’s offering in Poland by providing access to EMS-GRIVORY’s high-performance polyamides and extensive material knowledge.
Grażyna sees significant opportunities in replacing metal components with engineering plastics to reduce weight, optimize costs and improve performance. The automotive and e-mobility sectors, with their extensive networks of component suppliers, are particularly interesting areas for further development.
The growing focus on sustainability and resource efficiency also creates opportunities for innovative materials and applications.
“I’m particularly looking forward to developing new customer relationships and contributing to innovative, technically advanced projects,” says Grażyna.
