Vanfre®

Vanfre Special AP2, Vanfre VAM.

Vanfre VAM and Vanfre Special AP2 are an ether phosphate and blends of metal stearate and waxes respectively — effective as both internal and external processing aids for acrylic rubber. Around 1 phr is a common dosage.

Both products have no or only marginal impact on the mechanical properties of the material.

Reduces viscosity, increases flow and provides improved surface finish for extruded, moulded and calendered rubber products alike. Has also shown good effect on dispersion of both fillers and other compound ingredients.
