LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ compound

LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ are materials modified with various additives to achieve better wear resistance and lower friction. If higher mechanical strength and stiffness is required, LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ can also be combined with glass and carbon fibres.

LUBRICOMP™ Compound extends product lifetimes and reduces squeaking noises from moving parts in the product. In combination with other additives, properties such as dimensional stability, flame retardancy and fatigue resistance can also be achieved.

LUBRICOMP™ can be obtained in a large number of opaque colours. Based on the application’s requirements, the materials can be based on most engineering thermoplastics such as polycarbonate (PC), acetal (POM), polyamide (PA), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polyphenylene oxide (PPO) and polypropylene (PP).

LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ Compound can eliminate costs caused by external lubrication and can be injection moulded advantageously in conventional equipment.
