CYCOLOY Resin is an amorphous blend of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) that has a glass-transition temperature of roughly 130°C. This blend combines the two materials’ beneficial properties, such as the good flowability of ABS and high thermostability of PC. Adding flame-retardancy is also less complicated and more environmentally friendly for this blend than it is for pure ABS.

CYCOLOY Resin is available in many variants with different levels of, among other things, flowability, flame retardancy, and hydrolytic resistance. Biocompatible materials which comply with ISO 10993 and USP Class VI are also available.
CYCOLOY Resin is used in applications relating to electronics, medical technology, vehicles, etc. with high requirements with regard to fine detail of finishes, dimensional stability, and good mechanical properties.
