Isopak

Isopak (ABS) is an amorphous thermoplastic consisting of three monomers: acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. ABS is available in many different grades, with properties that vary depending on the proportions of acrylonitrile and butadiene rubber.

The material offers good dimensional stability, high scratch resistance and high stiffness at temperatures up to 80°C. It also has excellent electrical properties and good impact resistance. However, the material has limited UV resistance.

Isopak is suitable for applications such as consumer goods, toys, furniture, sanitary products, cosmetics, office products and automotive applications.

Isopak ABS is also available pre-colored in smaller quantities.
