VALOX™ Resin

VALOX™ Resin is semi-crystalline thermoplastic polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). The materials are based on PBT or blends of PBT/PET polymers.

The materials are characterised by very good electrical properties, high chemical resistance and good temperature performance. They come in a large number of variants aimed at achieving specific properties such as mechanical strength, flame retardancy and fine surfaces.

VALOX™ Resin is used for many different applications. The most common are within E&E and the automotive industry, as well as in products such as household appliances, switches and connectors.

VALOX™ Resin is suitable for processing by both injection moulding and extrusion.
