Strengthening our customer service team in Finland

Annika Böhling

What started as a temporary solution has now become a permanent part of Erteco’s continued growth in Finland.

As demand continues to increase, we are strengthening our Finnish team and are pleased that Annika will continue her journey with Erteco within customer service.

During her time at Erteco, Annika has become an important part of the daily support provided to customers across Finland and the Baltics, while working closely with colleagues, suppliers and partners throughout the region.

To get to know Annika better, we asked her a few questions about her role and experiences at Erteco.
 

Can you tell us a bit about your role and what you work with at Erteco?

I work in customer service and business support, covering Finland and the Baltic region. In my role, I manage daily operations, including order processes, shipment coordination and communication with customers and different teams within Erteco.

I also handle statement requests and coordinate our participation at trade fairs. My focus is to ensure that all processes run smoothly while supporting both my colleagues and our customers.
 

During your time at Erteco, what have you enjoyed most about working with customers, suppliers and colleagues?

I’ve enjoyed the close interaction with customers and my colleagues. I like working directly with customers, understanding their needs, helping to solve issues and making sure everything runs smoothly.

No two days are the same, and I enjoy being part of that flow. It feels rewarding when everything comes together through good cooperation. I value the strong teamwork and how we help each other out.
 

What do you think is important in creating good customer relationships and support in day-to-day work?

I think clear communication, reliability and a proactive approach are important.

For me, it is important to respond quickly and make it easy to do business with us, so customers feel supported and things move smoothly. And of course, good teamwork internally makes a big difference.
 

What are you looking forward to as the Finnish team continues to grow?

I have a long background in customer service, but I’m interested in learning more about the plastics industry since it is new to me.

It feels like a great opportunity to learn new things and continue supporting our customers in the best possible way. I’m looking forward to growing together with the team.

It is exciting to be part of something that is developing, and I think it will bring new ideas and ways of working.
