We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our customer service & business support team in Finland & Baltics with another star. Sofie Bruun started at Erteco on January 2nd<\/sup> and has many years of experience in customer service and business support.<\/p>\n

Sofie comes from the Aviation business where she worked as a Supervisor and Passenger service agent for Swissport Finland. And before that, she has been working at SAS Ground Handling\/ISS Aviation. She has also a master\u00b4s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, with a focus on leadership. Sofie will be based in our Helsinki office.<\/p>\n

We wish Sofie Bruun a warm welcome to us.<\/p>\n

To get to know Sofie a little better, we let her answer a few questions.<\/p>\n

  1. What are you looking forward to working with at Erteco?
    \n<\/strong>I\u00b4m excited to join Ertecos innovative team and look forward to give my own part in the great communication and cooperation. The advantage of working at a smaller company compared to my previous job, is that it makes the job diverse and self-directed which motivates me.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. What will your main duties be at Erteco?<\/strong>
      \nI work as customer service and business support, basically register and follow-up customer\u2019s orders, inform and update stakeholders in the order and delivery chain and ensure quick and smooth communication to the customers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      1. You have previous experience working with customer support, what do you think these experiences could mean for Erteco?
        \n<\/strong>I enjoy customer service and my work experience in the aviation industry has taught me adaptability and agile thinking in sometimes challenging situations. Customer service is a responsible and rewarding job where you can make an impact and experience success which I hope to achieve at Erteco. I have also worked with coordinating operations and follow up processes, which I see as an advantage in this position to understand the big picture.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. You have worked at Erteco since January 2, what is your first impression of the workplace and your colleagues?
          \n<\/strong>I\u00b4ve felt very welcomed and supported in the team and although there is a lot of new things to learn, the system and processes are united. I\u00b4m happy to join a company with good values and people focused mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. When you\u00b4re not working, what do you like to do in your spare time?
            \n<\/strong>I like sports like beach volley, running and swimming, and yoga is a great way to recover and clear your busy mind.\u00a0My toddler also keeps me active.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
