They differ in acrylonitrile content, level of hydrogenation and viscosity.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The acrylonitrile content affects resistance to mineral oils and low-temperature properties. The level of hydrogenation affects heat, chemical and ozone resistance. Finally, viscosity affects the processing of the compound and the physical properties of the final article. Zetpol\u00ae is available in various viscosities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">STANDARD ZETPOL<br>Zetpol\u00ae is characterised by properties such as high strength, good heat, oil and ozone resistance, and a wide service temperature range.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The use of Zetpol in rubber compounds enables the manufacture of rubber components such as seals, hoses and gaskets. Zetpol\u00ae is also the perfect choice for applications used in oil drilling, for example in the extraction of crude oil and natural gas. The material is designed to meet high demands for advanced applications and demanding environments.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HIGH PERFORMANCE Zetpol\u00ae<br>High performance Zetpol\u00ae (Zetpol\u00ae HP) is an innovative hydrogenated nitrile rubber based on a new kind of technology. Zetpol\u00ae HP has very unique properties when exposed to elevated temperatures \u2014 for example excellent abrasion properties, good mechanical properties and high chemical stability.
