They are very high-quality compounds that enable the use of plastics in applications requiring electrical conductivity. CABELEC\u00ae is available both as a ready-made compound and in the form of concentrates that can be blended with a suitable material for the desired conductivity.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CABELEC\u00ae is used in the manufacture of products with ESD requirements to eliminate damage or interference from static electricity. Common areas of use are, for example, fuel systems and to protect sensitive electronic products. Further application areas are in environments with explosion risk.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CABELEC\u00ae consists of a polymer matrix mixed with conductive carbon black. The carbon atoms in the material form a continuous network that makes the material conduct electricity.
