Responsible of customer service and business support for Finland & Baltics

In the role as responsible of customer service and business support for Finland & Baltics you work with handling orders by phone and email, answering customers questions regarding orders and products as well as handling administrative tasks related to orders and inventory management. You manage data such as price, orders, and customer information. The role can be explained as a coordinating and administrative service, with daily communication with customers and colleagues where you are responsible for delivering a good service level. The service is wide-ranging and includes order management as well as great collaboration with our sales, logistics and purchasing functions. You continuously work with building customer relationship to create good conditions and problem solving for all involved parties.

Education, Experience and personal qualities:

  • Bachelor´s degree in business administration or similar education
  • Experience working with telephone, Teams, email as work tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative tasks
  • You speak and write freely in Finnish and Swedish and have good knowledge of English
  • You have good computer and system experience and a technical interest is meritorious
  • Previous experience in technical sales and order management
  • Experience in inventory management and coordination
  • Experience having worked in Visma business system
  • Experience from the chemical or plastics industry is seen as an advantage
